My Philosopy

I live by the belief that true success lies in inspirational leadership – becoming someone who can encourage others to aspire to something greater in themselves and than themselves than they ever imagined possible.

My Purpose

I teach to engender an unrelenting drive for excellence in participants  – because they see they are capable of it. I teach fresh, unique information, but my aim is to transform how entrepreneurs and young people feel about themselves and think about their potential. To have them walk out more perceptive, more courageous, more creative and more certain of their own greatness because they were seen, safe, and stretched.

Brain-Based Learning and Curriculum Development

Years ago, I fell in love as an audience member at an event and discovered “brain-based learning” – the science of attention, memory and emotion. I studied it extensively and developed a proprietary course teaching the techniques and sequence of material delivery that grab and keep attention; enthrall the mind and heart and unleash confidence. I build all curriculum using these brain-based learning strategies.
